Late-breaking Research presented today

Don’t miss out on today’s exciting schedule of late-breaking research. The four two-hour sessions will feature more than 40 abstract presentations that spotlight the latest research in dermatology.

Hensin Tsao, MD, PhD

This year, the Academy received about 180 abstract submissions representing a variety of topics and trials, with atopic dermatitis and psoriasis continuing to trend at the top of the list, said session director Hensin Tsao, MD, PhD. “The breadth of interesting science being covered has widened every year,” he said.

Many of the presenters who were selected will be sharing their findings publicly for the first time. Those in attendance can expect to hear information that will directly impact their daily practice.

“The goal of these sessions is to showcase all the great science and research that is ongoing within our field,” said Dr. Tsao. “It nicely complements the tremendous educational experience that already exists at the meeting. It is also essential that the field be viewed by those outside of dermatology as a vibrant and growing specialty in terms of content.”
