Pick up treatment pearls during rounds-style session

Challenging cases will be used to review diagnosis and treatment strategies during “Dermatology Grand Rounds: Case-Based Dilemmas.”

One of the most effective teaching methods from medical school and residency will be used during the Summer Meeting. During “Dermatology Grand Rounds: Case-Based Dilemmas” (S010), faculty members will present cases and encourage discussion from the audience using an audience response system.

For three hours on July 29, faculty members will present challenging case scenarios that raise questions about the appropriate diagnosis and/or management of patients, said Jeffrey Phillip Callen, MD, course director.

Faculty members will present 10 cases, followed by rapid-fire case presentations. The other faculty members will be Kelly Cordoro, MD; Cindy Owen, MD; Kanade Shinkai, MD; Erik Stratman, MD; and Laura Winterfield, MD.

Attendees can earn 3 CME credits at this session.
