Reserve your stay at the official Summer Meeting hotels

The official hotels for this year’s Summer Academy Meeting are the New York Hilton Midtown hotel in Manhattan and The London New York. However, hotels may be added depending on demand, and information is subject to change at any time. Reservations must be completed by Monday, August 3. These reservations also must be made in conjunction with the Meeting registration, and room availability cannot be guaranteed after the August 3 deadline at 12 p.m. (CST).

All hotel reservations must be made with a credit card that has an expiration date later than August 31, 2015. The card will be charged the amount of one night’s room plus current sales tax deposit on or after July 29, 2015.
