Why pay more? Discounted registration ends February 11

Don’t miss out on the Academy’s discounted advance registration rates for the Annual Meeting, which will apply until Wednesday, February 11, at 12 p.m. (CT). After this date and time, standard registration fees will apply. Advance registration and housing for the March 20-24, in San Francisco, will only be accepted online.

March 11, at 12 p.m. (CT) through March 19, at 12 pm (PT) all registration systems will be closed. Onsite registration will begin at 12 p.m. (PT) on Thursday, March 19, 2015.

Registration cancellation

The registration cancellation deadline is Wednesday, March 18, at 12 p.m. (CT). After this date and time, no refunds will be given for cancellations.

For registration cancellations requested before the deadline date, a $100 fee will be deducted from your refund amount. A $25 fee will be deducted for all guest and medical student cancellations.

Deadline to register and receive materials by mail

All individuals who complete registration by Wednesday, February 11, at 12 p.m. (CT) will receive their badges, tickets, and vouchers prior to the meeting. The mailing of the packets will begin on February 16, and will continue thru March 4. Materials will be mailed to the address listed on the recipient’s registration record.

If for some reason you do not receive your packet prior to the meeting, materials will need to be picked up on site.

Registrants who register after Wednesday, February 11, at 12 p.m. (CT) will need to pick up badges, tickets, and vouchers at the meeting.

A current list of official AAD hotels and map is available online. Availability cannot be guaranteed for reservations received after the housing deadline of Wednesday, February 25, at 12 p.m. (CT).
