Advance registration and housing for 73rd Annual Meeting now open!

It’s that time of year — time to register for the American Academy of Dermatology’s Annual Meeting, March 20-24, 2015, in San Francisco. Like last year, advance registration and housing for the 73rd Annual Meeting will only be accepted online.

Don’t miss out on the Academy’s discounted advance registration rates for the Annual Meeting, which will apply until Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at 12 p.m. (CT). Standard registration rates apply from Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at 12:01 p.m. (CT) through Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at 12 p.m. (CT), and onsite.

The registration system will be closed from March 11, 2015, at 12 p.m. (CT) through March 19, 2015, at 12 p.m. (PT). Onsite registration will begin at 12 p.m. (PT) on Thursday, March 19, 2015. Confirmation letters will be sent via email to all who register in advance. Once you have received a confirmation letter, you may review and print registration information by clicking on the link within the letter.

Registration cancellation

Registrants who wish to cancel their registration should send a letter of cancellation via email to aad@experient-inc.com or fax to 800-521-6017. The deadline to cancel registration is Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at 12 p.m. (CT). No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date and time. A $100 fee will be deducted from the refund amount; a $25 fee will be deducted for all Guest and medical student cancellations.

Hotel information

A current list of official AAD hotels and map is available online. Availability cannot be guaranteed for reservations received after the housing deadline of Feb. 25, 2015, at 12 p.m. (CT).
