Update Platform sessions were introduced at the Summer Academy Meeting last year to keep general dermatology practitioners current in five topic areas.

Update Platform sessions debuted last year at the Summer Academy Meeting in Boston and will be returning once again for Summer Academy Meeting 2013 in New York. In these unique summer sessions, top leaders in the field direct on the following topics: medical dermatology, pediatric dermatology, dermatopathology, cutaneous oncology, and surgical/cosmetic dermatology.

The Update Platform sessions are more general in nature and geared toward the general dermatology practitioner. They are designed so attendees can enter and exit the symposia based on their interests, learn about the newest advancements in that topic area, or choose to stay in one session for the full time.

Be sure to add some of these sessions to the scheduler available in the Academy’s Summer Meeting mobile app.
